1. Age: Minimum 21 Years
2. Height: Minimum 5'2"
3. Physical Fitness: Good Health and Physical Condition
4. Education: High School Diploma 
5. Language Skills: Fluent in Spoken and Written English ( additional language proficiency, particularly Arabic, is advantageous )
6. Customer -Centric Approach: Ability to interact professionally with passengers
7. Travel Authorization: Possession of a valid passport for international travel
8. Appearance Standard's: Absence of visible tattoos or body piercings
9. Water Confidence: Comfortable in Water with a flotation aid/life jacket and capable of boarding a survival raft from the water
